Looking for a rental home can be a tedious and daunting job at times. After touring numerous homes and meeting with various agencies, my husband and I began to feel disheartened with the condition of many of the properties. It was almost as though we had developed a negative stigma towards the rental homes in our community. Until we met Casey.

I came across one of Casey’s properties online and immediately knew this was the perfect place for us. The farmhouse charm and historic character was exactly what we were looking for! Casey and Carl pride themselves in providing a personal rental experience. Like any old home, our rental had it’s share of quirks. Instead of “brushing it under the rug”, the Benanders truly strived to find the root of the problem. We are so thankful for their diligence!

My husband and I have since purchased our first home in Haymount. As I’m sure any homeowner knows, it can be overwhelming at times! Casey has been a wonderful resource in design consultation to help make our space our own.

Our home search started in Germany, where we had been living the past three years. We came across the Westmont home online as we were looking for homes in the Haymount neighborhood of Fayetteville. Having lived in Fayetteville years ago, we knew this was the most desirable neighborhood for our family due to its location and established homes. I initially contacted Casey though email and was immediately comforted by her willingness to make our transition from Germany as easy as possible. She went out of her way to give us a visualization of the home and neighborhood despite being a world away. The application process was simple and we were able to complete it all while still living in Germany. Casey greeted us at the house with some homemade baked goods and a welcome package that really made us feel personally welcomed. The Westmont home has become such a comfortable retreat for us, for a Haymount home it has exceptionally sized bedrooms and a kitchen that is unmatched in historic homes. The yard and garden provide a great place for a summer barbecue and a place for our dog to spread his legs. The location is perfect for a Fort Bragg commute and we are minutes away from our favorite downtown restaurants and the performing arts theater.

Almost 3 years ago, we moved to Fayetteville, NC. Neither of us had ever lived anywhere else but Tennessee, but we were excited and nervous. I jumped into research mode on were to live. I spent way to much time on zillow looking for a home. In December 2014 I came across this beautiful ranch style home and fell in love with it. Th house had a white kitchen, white fireplace and neutral paint colors , plus more. I called immediately, and that was the first time I talked to Casey. She was so nice and kind. She talked to me about the area and what there was to do in Fayetteville. We went and met Casey in person and looked at the house and loved it! Needless to say we are still living in the house almost 3 years later. Casey and her family are so kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond so make sure we are comfortable, takes care of house maintenance so quickly and the people she hires are top notch and very friendly as well. We couldn’t have picked a better home to start our adventure in, and definitely could not have dreamed of a better person to rent from.

I reside in a home owned by the Benander family. I found the viewing and application process for the home to be extremely smooth. Casey Benander went above and beyond to accommodate all my schedule preferences and tedious questions. Upon completing the application process and moving in to the home I quickly found the Benanders to be the most attentive and responsive landlords I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. They are consistent in their timely and kind responses to all emails, phone calls, or texts regarding my needs within our home. I moved into the Hull Road home in June 2016 following a deployment. With a short time to find a place to live and move in before starting a new job, I was having a terrible experience with homeowners and agencies who were either unhelpful or plain unresponsive. Thankfully, I was able to find Casey who met me at the house the same day and had it ready for both me and my dog in record time! Both Casey and her family were welcoming from Day 1 and as someone who has rented homes in several states and different countries - finding someone like them to rent from is not easy! She and the network of maintenance personnel she has put together are incredibly fast, helpful, and easy to work with, which has made living here wonderful. I wanted to take the time to leave you a personal note of how our experience was renting from Casey and her husband. Simply, it was perfect. She was an ideal landlord that always operated with extreme professionalism and promptness. Her business ethic is only bettered by her accommodating and caring nature. Casey went above and beyond for my wife and I numerous times during our time on Pearl street. We actually rented the house with out ever seeing it in person because we were moving to Fayetteville from Japan. The process couldn't have gone smoother. It was clear at the beginning that the Benanders would be great to work with. During the course of our lease we had zero issues. They were even so kind as to invite us over during the hurricane that had knocked our power out. We highly recommend the Benanders as Landlords and would certainly rent from them again. Casey and Carl did a fantastic job maintaining the house and truly made it a stress free environment as a renter. They truly care about your well being and are super responsive if an issue with the property arises. Their home specialists handle every issue with professionalism and efficiency. Haymount is a phenomenal place to reside if you are living in Fayetteville. If we were to ever move back I would only consider renting a house through Haymount Homes LLC.
